§ 03 — Becoming a partner

Three routes
of engagement.

The Federation formalises partnerships through three distinct institutional routes. Every proposal is reviewed by the Permanent Secretariat and then decided by the Executive Board.

○ Route A — Institutional

Framework agreements & memoranda of understanding

Reserved for public administrations, national agencies, multilateral bodies and institutional foundations. Covers multi-year strategic cooperation.

○ Route B — Private

Sponsorship & sector cooperation

Open to industrial groups, service companies and economic players wishing to support the federal projects or contribute to sector upgrading programmes.

○ Route C — Project

Co-financing of programmes

Dedicated to funders and co-financed programmes that engage the Federation on a defined project scope, with shared governance and structured institutional reporting.

○ Centralised handling

Every partnership proposal is centralised by the Permanent Secretariat. Acknowledgement of receipt: within 48 working hours. Technical review within 10 working days.
