The concentration on Casablanca-Settat reflects the driving role of the Atlantic axis in Moroccan industry. The territorially specialised clusters (Souss-Massa for fisheries, Oriental for the bioeconomy, Marrakech-Safi for agriculture, Béni Mellal-Khénifra for agri-industry) anchor federal action within the regional ecosystems. The national clusters (renewable energy, green hydrogen, aerospace, maritime and naval) operate as a network across the whole country.
