Protection of personal data.

The Maroc Clusters Federation is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to its institutional website and of the correspondents who submit a request to the Permanent Secretariat.

Data controller

Maroc Clusters Federation, the federal body representing the eleven certified industrial clusters of the Kingdom. Full postal contact details appear in the footer of this website.

All data processing is carried out within the framework of Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and of the regulations of the National Commission for the Control of the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP).

Data collected

Contact form

When you complete the institutional form, the Federation collects only the data strictly necessary to process your request: full name, email address, organisation, nature of the request and message.

Preliminary registration form (candidate clusters)

For clusters applying for federal certification, additional institutional data is collected (legal name, sector of activity, home region, number of members, president). This data is used exclusively for the administrative review of the application file.

Purposes

  • Responding to institutional, press and partnership enquiries
  • Reviewing applications for federal certification
  • Ensuring communication with the eleven member clusters
  • Compiling aggregated, anonymous website statistics

Legal basis

Processing relies on the explicit consent of the individuals concerned (a form submitted voluntarily) and on the legitimate interest of the Federation in fulfilling its institutional mission.

Retention period

  • Contact requests: 24 months maximum after the last exchange
  • Cluster applications: the duration of the current federal mandate + 3 years
  • Technical data (server logs): 12 months

Your rights

In accordance with Law 09-08, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to object to processing on legitimate grounds
  • Right to erasure within the limits provided for by law
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the CNDP

To exercise these rights, submit your request through our institutional form, specifying the nature of the request.

Transfer and sharing

The data collected is neither sold, rented, nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with the eleven federated clusters solely for the processing of applications or of incoming correspondence addressed to a specific cluster, and only with your consent.

Security

The Federation implements technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of the data: TLS encryption of the website, secure hosting, and restricted access limited to the staff of the Permanent Secretariat.
