Structuring, defending, projecting Moroccan industry.
Maroc Clusters unites the Kingdom's eleven sector clusters around a shared vision: making the Moroccan industrial ecosystem a pillar of economic sovereignty and a competitive player in global value chains. Our action is built on five inseparable pillars.
Carrying the voice of the clusters
Representing industrial sectors before national public authorities and regional bodies. Building a structured institutional dialogue on the issues of competitiveness, taxation, training and access to finance.
Uniting the industrial ecosystem
Ensuring the balanced representation of the eleven clusters in sector-wide decisions. Coordinating common positions, leading inter-cluster dialogue and safeguarding the strategic coherence of the sector.
Developing human capital
Identifying sector skills needs, supporting training engineering and accompanying apprenticeship programmes. Building lasting partnerships with academic and professional institutions.
Anchoring Morocco in the value chains
Supporting clusters in their international outreach. Facilitating integration into European, African and Mediterranean networks. Backing market prospecting, economic missions and bilateral cooperation.
Catalysing industrial innovation
Turning the proximity of clusters into a competitive advantage: bringing research and industry closer to accelerate technology transfer, pooling research-and-development resources and financing engineering, and supporting technological and ecological transitions. Connecting the players of a single value chain to bring forth eco-innovations, the skills of tomorrow and international influence.
Four structuring principles guide each of our actions.
Excellence
Operational rigour and international standards in every action of the Federation.
Sovereignty
Defence of national industrial interests and territorial anchoring of value chains.
Cooperation
Federal spirit, inter-cluster dialogue and respect for sector-specific particularities.
Sustainability
Ecological transition, regional equity and a long-term perspective in every decision.
