The Maroc Clusters Federation is organised around statutory bodies that guarantee sector representativeness, institutional continuity and transparent decision-making. The governance framework follows a three-year cycle aligned with the 2024–2027 term.
General Assembly
Sovereign body. Brings together all member clusters at least once a year.
- Votes the multi-year strategic orientations
- Approves the moral and financial report
- Elects the Executive Board and renews statutory mandates

Executive Board
Restricted operational council. Seven statutory portfolios renewed each term.
- Steering of federal projects and advocacy

- Preparation of the decisions submitted to the Assembly
Audit Committee
Independent body. Ensures accounting compliance and statutory regularity.
