Operational management
Steering the execution of the Federal Council's decisions, coordinating cross-cutting projects and managing day-to-day institutional relations.
Advocacy & public affairs
Regulatory monitoring, parliamentary dialogue, preparation of federal positions and sector summaries.
Communication & press relations
Editorial voice of the Federation, institutional publications, media relations and coordination of public statements.
Administration & finance
Administrative management, federal accounting, regulatory compliance and monitoring of the membership dues of the eleven member clusters.
General profile sought
- Higher education (Master's degree minimum) — political science, law, economics, engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Moroccan industrial ecosystem and sector issues
- Trilingual French-Arabic-English in writing
- Institutional ease and strong writing skills
- Lasting commitment, integrity, public-service spirit
Internships & work-study
The Federation reviews on a case-by-case basis the applications of interns and work-study students from Moroccan and international leading schools. The assignments entrusted are tied to the four federal pillars and give rise to a written deliverable.
